Streamline Emailing PDF Forms
Alarm Masters had us create a Web-based database for keeping track of all of their customers' security systems and monitoring accounts. One the features they like the most is that they can easily email the forms to their monitoring company when adding, changing, or deleting an account. The system automatically fills in the form, creates the PDF, and sends the email. The PDF is saved in the customer's history so that it can be viewed again later if needed. This saves them time, reduces mistakes, and gives them confidence that they can lookup the information at any time.
