Asher Sports Therapy had us create a Web-based, automated scheduling and payment system. When a client schedules their first appointment they enter their payment information. After each completed appointment, their card is automatically charged for the visit and they get an email receipt. Not only does he get paid the same day, he doesn't have to spend time handling payments. He doesn't need to hire a front desk person. But most importantly, it frees him up to use those precious moments when his client is feeling relaxed and happy to motivate them to take action.
