Fat Free Systems had us create an online customer portal. When they're finished with a job, they upload the inspection photos and then click a button to send an email to the customer. The customer clicks the link in the email to view the job information and photos. Not only does this save them time uploading and sending photos, but it makes it easier for customers to view the job photos and gets them paid faster.
