Rumble Interiors had us create a feature for their Website that lets customers book an online consultation, schedule their call, and enter their payment information. The feature has a link to allow employees to subscribe to the appointment feed in their devices, but they use Google Calendar and, sadly, it only checks it about once a day, so the appointments weren't showing up right away. So they had me create a custom integration that connects directly to their Google Calendar account. Now it updates the available timeslots on the Website based on appointments in the Google Calendar. And best of all, when a customer books an appointment, it immediately creates an event in Google Calendar so the appointments are visible right away. This saves them time entering their availability, and it makes sure that they never miss an customer's appointment.
