Signature Storage had us create a custom Web-based tool for managing their rentals. At any time, customers can also use the Website to look up their account, view their current charges, and pay their current balance online. The system also automatically charges customers who have enabled auto pay and automatically sends a payment reminder email to everyone else who has a balance. This dramatically reduced the time they spend sending reminders and getting paid.
