Send photos and video updates to your customers
We helped Ward Rugh streamline their inspection process by creating a Web-based customer portal. Employees can upload inspection photos, videos, and documents for a customer’s inventory, then click a button to send an email to the customer. The customer clicks on a link in the email to securely view their inventory and the inspection images, videos, and documents. This saves employees and customers time and provides a complete history of the inspections.
