WMS Aquatics had us create an online price updater tool. Each of their suppliers sends them a spreadsheet every few months with updated pricing on thousands of products. Now they can just paste the data from the supplier's spreadsheet and the tool matches the supplier's products to the products that they have in their inventory. They enter their cost multiplier and markup, click a button, and the system updates the pricing for all of the products. Then they can click another button and the tool will update the prices in their Quickbooks Online and Shopify accounts. In just 3 months, they saved over 60 hours of data entry.
