One-Page Website $900. I'll build a simple, great looking one-page site for you. Includes the following options: your logo and menu to quickly navigate to content on the page, image banner with your unique value proposition, about your company, list of services, customer reviews/comments,  FAQ, lead capture form, contact info section, Google map, links to write a Google review, and SEO. Mobile-friendly, loads fast, and is accessible for people with disabilities. Content Management System is NOT included. Minor content changes are free. Custom features and major content changes are extra.

Web hosting is $35/month (prepaid annually) and includes secure certificate, automatic backups, and a direct line to me for phone support. I regularly monitor the site for errors and proactively fix problems. The first annual payment is included in the cost of the project. Future annual payments will be automatically charged to your payment card and you will receive an email receipt.

The total amount will be split into 2 payments: Half of the total cost will be payable online with your credit card when you agree to this proposal (before work begins). After you approve and make the initial payment, I will send you a link to schedule a phone call so I can ask you questions about your services and your target audience and we can plan what will appear on the site. Once we lock that in, then I will create the site and send you a link so you review it and let me know what you want to change. When the site is launched, the other half of the total amount will be due. If you need more than a month to review it before launching, I can just charge your saved payment card for the final amount and you can take as much time as you need.
